PORK AND APPLE PUREE

It's the annual Summerlicious in Toronto, so why not give your baby a taste of the fancy life too? Combine the following ingredients for a refreshing lunch and a great balance of protein, vitamins, and calcium.

Pork with Apple Puree

1) Trim the pork tenderloin of fat. Fry in a pan for about 6 minutes. Dice into pieces that your baby can eat.
2) Puree cooked apples.
3) Shave some mozzarella.
4) Serve pork with warm apple puree on top. Add some mozzarella to taste.
